(I straight up can't remember the lore anymore :3)
Present
Currently, he is looking for his brother, Oobleck, who went missing around a year ago. He's been trying to find him ever since he went into a forest and never came back. He glitches uncontrollably and randomly teleoprts places at the moment, unable to control his abilities at this point in time.
Future
We're thinking that Glitchy Kitty eventually finds his brother and becomes more able to control his abilities, even if it's not full control.
